Under/Overs to Start the Week


Took yesterday off and had time today for the over under. Wanted to use a flat road along the Ohio River but its flooded so I took the tt bike to the crib course. Not the best situation given the downhill on each lap. I was hitting 33 mph+ but power was still dropping on each the under portion. All of my overs were pretty good:404, 409, 380(pedestrian issues), 433, 401 and 419. Under were 332, 327, 329, 307 (same, traffic), 337 and 325. On the uphill of the under I was averaging 345-350. I just could get power on the downhill into a turn in the aero bars. Overall,, a decent workout and glad to do it on the tt bike.
