Over the last two weeks I've ridden a 105 mile ride along with 2-3 days per week with intervals. Mosyt have been from 12-15 minutes at around 310w. We're starting to build the longer interval power heading into the winter training and get ready for the Florida championships in December. At this evenings Blue Streak TT I went off at a steady state pace for the first 2/3 of the 10 miles. The last 5-6 minutes I pushed the power up to 345+. The goal is to get the 5k power to 370-380 and 10k to 340-350.
