Put in an pretty easy 1:45 at 190 watts today. Same on the schedule tomorrow with each day on the weekend having 10x6 steady states. haven't really spent time looking at goals for 2014 but certainly want to get back that added power that allowed some of those time trials around 28+ mph, especially the 10 mile efforts. Don't expect this to be the norm but usually ride several per year at that speed for that distance. Never really got there this year other than the 5k/10k at nationals. Will certainly be working hard on the strength training. Felt Monday's circuit effort well into Wednesday when I got on the in Dayton. The plyo efforts did it.
