I did some endurance today along with 5 x 30 seconds with 5 minutes between. Just a good way to get the legs prepped for tomorrows race in Dayton. Feeling pretty rested after a light weekend (40 miles on Saturday outside and then an easy 20 inside yesterday). The Ohio Senior 5k and 10k are a week from this Saturday so will start a taper next week. This week will actually be pretty big with some hiking and riding in TN/NC but plenty of time to recover next week.
