Michigan Senior Olympics added 10k and 5k time trials to the spring in addition to the later races this summer in August. Made the trip and rode frirly well with power around 340 and 360 for the 10k and 5k respectively. The dFRC chart shows a pretty good dip into the energy reserves with recovery along the way. Ideally I'll be faster in August as the density altitude was pretty low both days at 200-400 and temps in the upper 40's to low 50's. Also looking to push that power upt to 350+ and 370+, at least.
