Went back to the position I've been using most of this year (aerobars a litlle higher, saddle a little lower) and felt pretty good. Not a crazy fast time (22:17...26.9 mph) but effort was maybe 80% for that distance. Training Stress Balance has also been -15 to -5 for a few weeks given he intervals and long weekend rides. With MI and Tn coming up we will start to taper and get that TSB above 0 to ideally +10 to +15. Should be able to hold 370+ in the short time trials.
