Same route as I've ridden in the past but I route clockwise this time. THis put most of the climbing in the first 40 miles, the headwind heading north in the next 30 and then gave me a pretty nice tailwind finish. Kept power at 220-225 and linited spikes over 300. Havcing ridden close to 300 miles since Tuesday, my legs were feeling it today. Will likley take tomorrow off.
